At Silkyway , the orders shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. 


For all domestic (pan-India) orders, shipping is free. 
For all international orders, the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Please note that any local customs taxes and duties, if any, will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package. 
Our carrier partners are FedEx, Blue Dart, and DTDC. 
The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be mailed to you once the product is shipped. 
Please do not accept the package if it is damaged. In such events, take photos and videos of the package and return it to the carrier. If the package is accepted, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition. 
Please note that we will not be able to re-route any shipments once they are dispatched. Therefore, check and verify the address is correct for delivery. 
In case you live in a remote location where our courier services are not reachable, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to make sure your products reach you. 
We are not responsible for delays in delivery by the courier service authorities, but we will help you track down a package through our courier partner.
