We at Silkyway always wish that you never have to return a product, but in the rare case that you wish to do so, these are our guidelines -
◦ In order to return merchandise, we request that you send an email to silkywayboutique@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receipt of the product. We will then send a confirmation email if the return can be accepted or not.
◦ To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure it is in the original packaging
◦ Once we validate the acceptance of the exchange, kindly ship the product back to the following address. Silkyway, Hotel Hycinth, Manorama Road, Thampanoor, Trivandrum, Kerala - 695001.
◦ Silkyway is not responsible for paying the return shipment charges.
◦ The return shipment must reach us within 7 days for domestic delivery and 20 days for international delivery.
◦ The product exchanged for another merchandise if of higher value; the difference in amount will have to be paid by the customer. If the product is of lesser value, Silkyway will issue a credit note against the balance amount.
Important Note ~
◦ There will be colour variations of the product on your device. If you would like to have more clarity before your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with more images or do a video call. We will not accept exchanges against colour variations
◦ We are a brand that specialises in handmade products. Our artisans create them using very time-consuming processes. The product might have slight colour variations, texture, finish, and small stains, which are authentic to products made by hand. The product will not be exchanged for this reason. We would also like to assure that every product undergoes a strict quality check before shipping
◦ If you have requested for saree fall and pico, saree tasseling, or blouse detachment for your saree, then the saree will be eligible for return.
◦ Silkyway reserved the right to refuse an exchange if found invalid.
Refunds
◦ Silkyway has a strict no-cash refund policy
◦ However, we do provide a store credit if you do not find a suitable product to exchange.
Cancellation of orders
◦ We start processing your order as soon as you pay for the sarees and hence we do not encourage any cancellation of orders
